User authentication via Facebook Login and other supported methods;

Other features as described in the app or updated from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction;

You must not be prohibited from using the Service under any law or contractual obligation.

        Facebook Login: If you sign up using Facebook Login, you authorize us to access certain profile information as permitted by Facebook's Platform Terms and your privacy settings. We will never post to your Facebook timeline without your explicit permission.
    

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws;
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent;
Impersonate another person or entity;
Engage in any activity that could harm us, our users, or third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ulink-media and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service;
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through the Service;
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain integrations with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Facebook. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any actions or content of third-party services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, please follow the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including, but not limited to, intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability) will continue in effect.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ulink-media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice, email, or other appropriate means. The updated Terms will take effect on the date of posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ulink-media operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
